QTC – Quality Tire Control is an innovative tire quality control system capable of analyzing various quality-related aspects in less than 3 seconds continuously, without the need to stop the tire for inspection.

Thanks to Artificial Intelligence, we can automatically monitor all wheel formats and sizes on the production line. By using advanced 3D and 2D acquisition systems, we can control numerous parameters and perform OCR reading of the data marked on each tire, ensuring that the tire has completed its production process without any defects.
